Advanced Therapies Week 2022 will be a live event. However, after the show in February 2022, we will be launching Phacilitate Plus Membership, which will give attendees access to recordings of many of the sessions from the live show. Presentation slides are only available to registered delegates. If you have purchased a ticket but can no longer make the event you will receive an email with details about how to download the slides 2 weeks after the event.

Tickets are available on the day at the venue, however we offer our best rates in the lead up to the event. It is advised to book in advance to avoid paying an increased price for your ticket.

We will ensure that recommended Covid security measures are in place following the local State guidelines, additionally we will ensure that there is:

• Enhanced ventilation
• Regular cleaning of communal facilities
• Hand sanitiser made widely available
• Safe room and hall layouts to avoid overcrowding.
• Wearing of masks will be based on local regulations at the time.

All attendees will be asked to self-declare their Covid-status. They must either be fully vaccinated or show proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours. Full vaccination is defined as completion of the two-dose Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or one dose of Johnson & Johnson vaccine administered at least two weeks in advance of the event.

From Miami International Airport (8 miles)
Take 836 east, go through tolls and stay to right side. Take I-95 South Exit – Downtown. Once on I-95, stay in left hand lane and take Exit 2A/Biscayne Boulevard. Stay in right hand lane at the end of the ramp, our downtown Miami hotel will be on your immediate right side.

To Port of Miami (1.9 miles)
Hyatt Regency Miami is just minutes away from the Port of Miami.
Head south on South East Second Ave. and turn left onto Biscayne Boulevard. Turn right onto Port Blvd. for 0.8 miles. Turn right onto N. America Way, and then turn right onto Caribbean Way which becomes N. America Way.

Free wi-fi is available for all those who attend Phacilitate events. Log in details can be found at the registration desk upon arrival.

We are able to provide invitation letters in support of visa applications. Please email customer.services@clarionevents.com to request an invitation letter.

Once the event is closed, you will receive an email from us with a web link to access the available presentation slides. You will need to fill a short post event feedback survey to access these.

This event is not currently CPD accredited, however we can provide a letter of attendance post event. Please email the registration office at customer.services@clarionevents.com if you wish to request one.
